As with the snow white dress, I started with Simplicity Pattern 2377.
I bought these beautiful fairy wings off Etsy.com. They are separate from the dress and have elastic attached to slip on each arm. (They twinkle too with a small battery.)
I had to design the petals myself, not part of the pattern.
My little granddaughter as Tinkerbell.
