White Chocolate Chex mix

Ingredients

5 cups mini pretzels

5 cups Honey Nut Cheerios

5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups salted peanuts
1 lb. M&M's
2 pkg. vanilla chips 12 oz. each
3 tablespoons coconut oil vegetable oil works fine too

Instructions

1. Combine the pretzels, Cheerios, Chex, peanuts and M&M's in a large bowl. Set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and oil in the microwave for one minute. Stir, and then microwave for one more minute. Stir until smooth and completely melted.

3. Pour the melted chocolate over cereal mixture. Mix well and then spread onto a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper.

4. Let cool and then break apart. Serve or store in an air tight container.

Not sure this bag is useful, maybe as a gift bag.  I will put Halloween candy in this one.

Clam Up Zippered Pouches

 This bag does not seem very useful.  I made the small, there is one smaller which would be less useful.  These bags require double pull zippers that seem disproportionate to the bags .  I used a more narrow single zipper pull that when opened, all contains would probably fall out.  I have made quite a few byannie bags and have loved them but this pattern is a no go for me, won't make again even a bigger size.

I made this renaissance dress for my friend Marcia years ago.  I had forgotten about it until I saw her recently and she reminded me.  I asked her to send me a photo of it for my blog.  I have also forgotten the pattern name.  She wore it for the Hot Air affair in Hudson, Wisconsin where she is from.
